TechRise Women Initiative (TWI) is a flagship programme by the Coordinator, Office of the First Lady of Akwa Ibom State — designed and delivered by MHCI in partnership with AfriLabs. It equips women with in-demand digital skills, mentorship, and a clear pathway into freelancing and remote employment.
